Our Commitment
LearnAtLunch.Today is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service, and we handle it with care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
What We Collect
We practice data minimalism. Here is exactly what we collect:
- - Name and Email Address - Provided when you register for a session or create one as a facilitator. Used solely for session coordination.
- - Session Content - Titles, descriptions, and objectives you create when setting up a learning session.
- - Usage Analytics - We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may collect anonymized usage data, page views, and interaction patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services.
What we do NOT collect: We do not require passwords, payment information, phone numbers, addresses, or any demographic data. To register for or manage sessions you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, which sets a single strictly-necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in (no password, no profile). We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymous UX analytics (no advertising cookies). We do not use cookies for ad tracking.
How We Use Your Data
- - To register you for learning sessions you sign up for
- - To display your name as a facilitator on sessions you create
- - To allow facilitators to see their attendee list (facilitator-only access)
- - Your email is never displayed publicly. Other attendees cannot see your email address. Only the facilitator of a session you register for can view it, solely for session coordination purposes.
- - To associate sessions with your organization (based on email domain) for easier discovery by colleagues
- - To respond to contact form inquiries you submit
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Ever.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted on a highly scalable, secured and reputable platform. All connections to our site are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- - Access your data - View what information we hold about you
- - Request correction - Update any inaccurate information
- - Request deletion - Ask us to remove your data from our systems
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our Contact page.
