LearnAtLunch.Today is a free, community-driven platform that helps professionals organize and participate in short, peer-led learning sessions during lunch breaks. By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

• –LearnAtLunch.Today provides a platform for creating and discovering peer-to-peer learning sessions. It acts solely as a technology facilitator connecting session organizers with attendees.
• –The platform is free to use. No paid subscriptions or premium features are offered at this time.
• –Sessions are organized by volunteer facilitators. We do not guarantee availability, quality, accuracy, or suitability of any session content.
• –SessionSpark, our AI assistant, helps facilitators plan sessions. AI-generated suggestions are provided for inspiration only and should be reviewed and edited before use.

When using LearnAtLunch.Today, you agree to:

• –Provide accurate, current information when registering for or creating sessions
• –Use the platform for legitimate professional learning and knowledge sharing only
• –Not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate for a professional setting
• –Not use the platform for spam, solicitation, commercial advertising, or any unlawful purpose
• –Not misuse, harvest, or share other users' personal information (including names and email addresses) for any purpose unrelated to the learning session
• –Respect other users, their contributions, and their privacy within the learning community
• –Take full responsibility for any sessions you create, facilitate, or participate in, including the content you share and any interactions with other participants

• –All session listings, descriptions, objectives, recaps, and related content are created and managed entirely by users of the platform (“User Content”). LearnAtLunch.Today does not pre-screen, edit, endorse, or assume any responsibility for User Content.
• –By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• –LearnAtLunch.Today is not responsible for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from User Content, including but not limited to: inaccurate information, misleading claims, copyright infringement, misuse of personal data by other users, defamation, or any other harm caused by content posted by users.
• –We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable User Content that violates these terms, without prior notice.
• –Users who facilitate sessions are independent individuals, not employees, agents, or representatives of LearnAtLunch.Today. Their actions, statements, and content do not represent or bind LearnAtLunch.Today in any way.

• –You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) any User Content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (e) any session you organize, facilitate, or attend through this platform.
• –This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the platform and these Terms of Service.

• –LearnAtLunch.Today collects minimal user data: names, email addresses, and session preferences provided voluntarily by users.
• –Facilitator names and session details are displayed publicly on the platform. By creating a session, you consent to this public display.
• –Email addresses of registered attendees are shared with the session facilitator for the sole purpose of coordinating the session. You agree not to use attendee information for any other purpose.
• –We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You use the platform at your own risk.

• –Session content remains the intellectual property of the facilitator who created it.
• –By creating a session, you grant LearnAtLunch.Today a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your session details on the platform.
• –The LearnAtLunch.Today name, logo, and platform design are the property of LearnAtLunch.Today.

• –Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• –These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• –You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
